Anyone Out There??

Hi everybody!

Alright, so I admit it. I've lost my killer instinct. When you don't have the "Y" hike twice a week, it's hard to keep momentum going. I will be glad when it's warm again. I'm back on the wagon this week, though!

How has everyone been doing? Don't forget that tomorrow morning is weigh day again! For those of you that have fallen behind, don't worry about trying to remember your weights over the course of the last two weeks... just start fresh tomorrow.

This week's challenge will be WATER. Take your body weight, divide it in half and drink that many ounces of water every day this week.
