No Excuses

Did you all watch Biggest Loser this week?
I did.
No Excuses.

My Excuses:
Healthy food is expensive.
Healthy food takes too much time to cook.
I hate exercise.
Exercise takes too much time.
And then I have to shower and dry my hair - even more time lost.
My knee hurts.
I have a cold.
It's too cold to walk outside.
And there are MANY others.

Can you identify with this? I'm sure we all have some of the same excuses.

Here are the reasons why I'm going to kick the excuses:
Skinny jeans
Compliments
More energy
Less sore knee
Self-confidence
Donate "Fat Clothes"
New (expensive) bathing suit
Pencil skirts
Running with the kids without getting tired
Less stomach problems
Sleeping better

I'm also going to offer you a challenge each week. Here's week one's challenge --
Fruits and veggies. Every day this week, starting TODAY, everyone try to get 4 servings of fruit and vegetables in EVERY day. Remember - a serving is about the size of your fist. An apple, an orange, a pear, a handful of carrots or cucumbers. If you eat more fruit and veggies, you'll probably eat less of everything else!
